Bill’s educational journey took him to the State University of New York College at Oneonta, where he earned his BA in Theater. He further honed his craft, receiving an MFA in Theater/Directing and an honorary PhD from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Before venturing into acting, Bill worked as an adjunct professor at Montana State University.
