Leonard Gordon Goodman is a professional ballroom dancer and coach. Goodman began dancing when he was 19 years old after his doctor prescribed it as a kind of treatment for a foot injury.

After winning the British Championships in Blackpool in his late twenties, Goodman turned professional and won various championships before retiring from dancing.

Goodman has received the Carl Alan Award for extraordinary services to dancing, and a show in which he starred was nominated for an Emmy Award in the Outstanding Reality/Competition Program category in 2006 and 2007.
