Josey Jewell is a footballer that plays as a linebacker for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL).
Born on December 25, 1994, Jewell attended Decorah High School in Decorah where he juggled between playing as a linebacker and a running back.
Jewell later committed to play college football at the University of Iowa.
While at Iowa, he played in 11 games and made four starts, ending the 2014 season with 51 tackles and one sack.

As a sophomore, Jewell led his team with 126 tackles, three sacks, and four interceptions.
He had completed the season with 1314 rushing yards, 21 rushing touchdowns, and 81 total tackles.
In 2018, the Denver Broncos had drafted him as 106th pick in the fourth round of the NFL Draft for that year. He was led to sign a 4-year deal with the team worth $3.17 million.
After a successful completion, Jewell got a two-year contract extension with the Broncos in 2022.
