Despite reports that Snoop Dogg died over the weekend of July 9/10, 2022, Snoop’s representatives have reportedly confirmed that the 50-year-old rapper is still alive and well.
Unfounded reports that Snoop Dogg died went viral after fans discovered a YouTube advertisement claiming to reveal the rapper’s death.

The advertisement on the popular streaming service appeared to say that Snoop, real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr, was “found today by local police” – allegations that have since been debunked.
Another bogus Facebook page called ‘RIP Snoop Dogg’ claimed that the Gin’ N’ Juice rapper died “around 11 am on Saturday, July 9, 2022.”
Before it was widely debunked and removed, the page had nearly one million likes. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Snoop Dogg has been the victim of false reports.
