Icon of the Seas is the largest cruise ship in the world, with a gross tonnage of 248,663 GT. It is the first ship in Royal Caribbean’s new Icon Class, and it is scheduled to enter service on January 27, 2024, out of PortMiami in the US.

Icon of the Seas is about 6% larger than the Oasis-class ships, which were previously the largest ships in the world. The ship has 28 different room types, including Royal Caribbean’s first Family Infinite Balconies and the three-story Ultimate Family Townhouse.
