Derrick White is an American professional basketball player for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

He was drafted 29th overall by the 2017 NBA draft by the San Antonio Spurs.

In February 2022, five years after being drafted, he was traded to the Celtics, with whom he reached the NBA Finals.

White also played with the US National Team in 2019 for the FIBA Basketball World Cup. He won the RMAC Freshman of the year award in 2013 and then won RMAC Tournament MVP in 2015.
