In October 2007 against Esher, Lawes made his professional debut. He dislocated Morgan Parra’s shoulder during their 2009 European Challenge Cup match against Bourgoin.
In 2010, Gloucester was defeated and Lawes’ club won the Anglo-Welsh Cup. In the 2011 Heineken Cup, his team finished as runners-up.

2014 saw Lawes win the Premiership as well as the European Rugby Challenge Cup. After overcoming Bath in the Challenge Cup final, his team defeated Saracens to win the Premiership. In the 2015 Rugby World Cup, he took part and competed in two pool matches against Wales and Fiji.

The 34-year-old attacker has so far played in 263 games for the Saints. Since making his debut in 2007, Lawes has won numerous awards and has consistently performed admirably for Northampton, England, and the British & Irish Lions, cementing his position as one of the Club’s all-time finest players.
