Is Bobby Labonte in the NASCAR Hall of Fame?

Bobby Labonte is a semi-retired American professional stock car racing driver and current Fox NASCAR analyst. He is also a full-time competitor in the Superstar Racing Experience, driving the No. 18 car.

Bobby Labonte was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2020.

Bobby Labonte got his break as a full-time premier driver in 1993. His perseverance paid off with a career that included 21 trips to Victory Lane and the premier series title in 2000.

Labonte was the first of four drivers to win both the Xfinity and premier series championships in NASCAR’s three national series. He is also one of only 27 drivers to have won a race in each of the three national series.

Throughout his 2000 premier championship season, Bobby appeared on the biggest stages, winning two of his four races in the Brickyard 400 and Southern 500.

He won the series by 255 points over second-place Dale Earnhardt. Bobby and his brother, Terry Labonte, are one of two sets of brothers who have won the premier series.
