Al and Lenny are second cousins who are related through their grandfathers. The TV personalities revealed their familial connection in 2011, and the two have shared special moments on air since then.

Al mentioned that he was going to give Lenny’s new oral wellness company Twice a try. Lenny Kravitz, it turns out, has been working on a line for several years after providing free dentistry care in his hometown of Eleuthera, Bahamas.
Al, who was overjoyed for his loved one, was among the first to try out the toothpastes and other tools.
After seeing Al spread the word about his latest project, Lenny reached out in the Instagram comments section to express his gratitude. “Love ya cuz,” he wrote.
