Is Aerosmith touring in 2023?

Aerosmith, a rock ‘n’ roll band from the United States, has announced a farewell tour to commemorate their more than five decades together.

The band, now in their 70s, is best known for hits like Dream On, Walk This Way, and I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing.

They announced the “earth-shattering” news in a star-studded video on Monday, May 1 2023, featuring Sir Ringo Starr, Dolly Parton, and Eminem.

In a joint statement, they declared, “It’s not goodbye, it’s peace out!” “Get ready and walk this way, because you’re going to see the best show of our lives.”

The 40-city North American tour will kick off on September 2, 2023, in Philadelphia, and conclude on January 26, 2024, in Montreal, via a New Year’s Eve performance in their hometown of Boston. However, no UK/European tour dates have been announced as of yet.

Aerosmith was founded in Boston, Massachusetts in 1970 and went on to sell 150 million records worldwide while also winning four Grammy Awards.

The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001, the same year they performed at the Super Bowl halftime show. They were known for their hedonistic, wild lifestyles as much as their riffs.
