There have been serious casualties resulting from a shooting spree that took place at a house on Henley Road, at Ilford, East London, on October 25, 2022.

About five people including Saydi Abu Sheikh, 23, and Zakariya Jeilani Mohamed, 32, lost their lives from the gunshot wounds.
Another victim is still critically injured as a result of the shooting.
There had been explosive sounds emanating from the Diwali fireworks. A man wearing a Batman-style Joker mask ran into the garden of a family in the neighborhood.

He had broken through the neighbour’s fence after sporadic gunshots were heard.
Armed police were called to reports of a fight and shots being fired in Henley Road, Ilford, just after midnight on Tuesday morning.
One of the residents of the area said he called 999 during the “commotion”, after he spotted several individuals wearing balaclavas.
Detectives are currently conducting investigations on the shooting, and have not stopped hunting for the suspects in the attack.
