Simona Douglas, Hugh Douglas’ wife is a former body builder who won the overall Figure title in the 2006 NPC USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, which took place on July 28-29 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She also placed third in her division at the Team Universe Championships that same year. Hugh Douglas was drafted by the New York Jets in the first round of the 1995 NFL Draft as a defensive end.

During his NFL career, Hugh Douglas played for several teams, including the New York Jets (1995-1997), Philadelphia Eagles (1998-2002, 2004-2007), and Jacksonville Jaguars (2003).
