Howard Hamlin Death: Fans Surprised By Howard Hamlin’s Death in ‘Better Call Saul’

The mid-season finale of Better Call Saul depicted Howard’s brutal demise at the hands of Lalo Salamanca. Many fans were taken aback by Howard’s death since they did not anticipate the perfectly dressed lawyer to die in such a terrible manner.

Jimmy and Kim find Howard at their door later that evening with booze in hand, after making him look like a lunatic in front of his HHM colleagues.

He proceeds to congratulate them on making him look horrible by offering them the bottle, but he pledges to get back up. Howard wasn’t the only visitor in Jimmy and Kim’s flat, thus the promise would never be fulfilled.

Howard’s decision to speak directly with Jimmy and Kim backfired, as he was killed by Lalo Salamanca (Tony Dalton), who snuck into the couple’s home for a “conversation” and shot Howard merely because he was in the way.
