He went ahead to play for the Washington Bullets (1995–1996), Portland Trail Blazers (1996–2004), Atlanta Hawks (2004), Detroit Pistons (2004–2009), Boston Celtics (2009–2010), and the New York Knicks (2012–2013).

He played last with the New York Knicks before his retirement in 2013, which came as a result of a foot injury.
