During his professional golf career, Arnold Palmer amassed a considerable fortune through tournament winnings, endorsements, and business ventures. His on-course earnings alone totalled around $1.9 million. However, it’s worth mentioning that the prize money in Palmer’s era was significantly lower compared to the modern era of golf.

Arnold Palmer’s wealth primarily stemmed from his endorsements and business ventures. He was one of the first golfers to capitalize on endorsement deals, securing numerous partnerships with companies such as Rolex, Coca-Cola, and Pennzoil, among others. He also had his own successful golf course design business, and apparel line, and was involved in various business ventures.
