Samuel L. Jackson is a producer and actor from the United States. For his role in the Marvel franchise, Samuel earned $4 to $6 million every time he appeared as Nick Fury in a Marvel movie, even if it’s a brief end credit cameo scene with one or two lines.

In February 2009, Jackson agreed to a nine-picture deal with Marvel Studios, in which he would play the character in Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, and The Avengers, as well as any future films produced by the studio.
He played the character again in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015).

Samuel L. Jackson appeared as Fury in the Avengers sequels Infinity War and Endgame in 2018 and 2019, respectively, and starred as a younger, de-aged Fury in Captain Marvel alongside Brie Larson.
He is one of the most well-known actors of his generation, and his films have grossed over $27 billion worldwide, making him the third highest-grossing actor of all time.
In 2022, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences honoured him as “a cultural icon whose dynamic work has resonated across genres, generations, and audiences worldwide.”
