Eddie George is a retired American football player who made $14,407,384 in the NFL. Eddie George made $2,200,000 from 2004-05, $4,251,500 from 2003-04, $2,501,350 from 2002-03, $2,924,734 from 2001-02 and $2,529,800 from 2000-01.

Eddie George played football at Ohio State University, where he was a valuable player and won the Heisman Trophy. He was drafted in 1996 by the Houston Oilers (Tennessee Titans) and played for them until 2003.

He was a four-time Pro Bowl selection with the Oilers and was named NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.

He was also the second running back in history to rush for 10,000 yards in consecutive starts. He also holds the record for the most consecutive starts with 128.

His career stats include 10,441 yards rushing, 268 receptions, 2,227 yards receiving, and 78 touchdowns (68 rushings and 10 receiving).

He was a semifinalist (of the 26-person Modern-Era list) for the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021, his first appearance on the stage since he was eligible.
