There have been reports that nineteen (19) children and two (2) adults have been killed in a mass shooting that occurred in South Texas.

An 18-year-old gunman opened fire at Robb Elementary school, a school for children aged from 7 to 10 years old. The shooter killed over 20 people in the city of Uvalde before he was gunned down by law enforcement in the area. The suspect had with him “a handgun, an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle and high-capacity magazines,” investigators reported.
The suspect who was reported to have been a high school student had previously shot his grandmother before going on to carry out the mass shooting. Several people took to social media to express how these acts of school shootings and mass shootings have become somewhat difficult for the authorities to address and bring an end to upfront.

One of the people who died was a teacher of the school who was described by authorities as Eva Mireles. She was described as a mother whose daughter was in college.
Some sources have also revealed that the gunman also posted videos and pictures of guns on social media days before carrying out the crime.
