From July 20 to August 20, 32 elite national teams from five different confederations will compete for the title of FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 champion in Australia and New Zealand.

The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 maintains a familiar structure of 32 teams grouped into eight groups of four teams each (Group A to H).
In the group stage of the competition, the teams in each group will compete in a single-headed round-robin format. Below is a able of the teams and groups.

The top two teams from each of the eight groups will advance to the knockout round, which begins with the round of 16. The final will take place on August 20, with the third-place match taking place on August 10.
