Over the course of his illustrious career, Ryne Sandberg amassed a total of 2,386 hits, a testament to his consistency, skill, and longevity in Major League Baseball (MLB).

His journey unfolded over sixteen seasons, during which he showcased his talents with two prominent teams—the Philadelphia Phillies in 1981 and the Chicago Cubs from 1982 to 1994 and then again in 1996–1997.
