Graham Paul Thorpe, MBE is a former England and Surrey cricketer. He played in 100 Test matches as a left-handed middle order batsman and slip fielder.
During his successful career, Thorpe represented England in 100 Test matches and 82 one-day internationals. He scored a total of 9,124 runs for his country, averaging over 44 in Tests and over 37 in ODIs.

Thorpe scored 21,937 runs in 341 first-class matches, including 49 centuries. At the end of his career, he played in five T20 matches and was a member of the Surrey team that won the inaugural Twenty20 Cup in 2003.
His international career spanned 12 years, from 1993 to 2005, with his final Test appearance coming in the series preceding Australia’s famous Ashes victory. Thorpe scored 16 centuries in Test matches, putting him in a tie for 15th place all-time for England.
