Joanna Jędrzejczyk is a former Muay Thai kickboxer and professional MMA fighter from Poland. Daniel Cormier, who credited her with placing the weight class “on the map,” dubbed her the greatest female strawweight MMA fighter of all time.

Jędrzejczyk found Muay Thai when she was 16 years old while working out, and she went on to compete in national and European events.
On May 19, 2012, Jędrzejczyk made her professional debut in mixed martial arts (MMA) against Sylwia Juskiewicz at SFT – MMA Fight Night Diva SPA, winning by unanimous decision.
Phil Daru and Jose Rojas serve as her strength and conditioning coaches. Jędrzejczyk earned his blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu in 2021 after practicing in the gi.
