Jason Licht, an American football executive, is the general manager of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL).

On January 21, 2014, Jason Licht was appointed as the franchise’s fifth general manager.

Jason Licht’s Buccaneers won Super Bowl LV on February 7, 2021. His trade market and free agency work aided in the formation of his Super Bowl-winning roster.

Acquisitions of players such as Jason Pierre-Paul, Shaq Barrett, Leonard Fournette, Rob Gronkowski, Antonio Brown, Ndamukong Suh, and Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady were critical to Tampa Bay’s success, as all played significant roles on the team that won the Super Bowl.

Jason Licht was also credited for his efforts to keep key, highly touted free agents Chris Godwin, Shaquil Barrett, and Lavonte David in the 2021 offseason by utilising salary cap savvy deals.

Jason Licht has over two decades of scouting and player personnel experience with six different organisations.
