American singer, Jessica Simpson lost 100 pounds over a period of three years. This has raised eyebrows and concerns about the singer’s health. After giving birth in 2017, she underwent a weight loss journey. When she was asked how she was able to lose so much weight, she shared that she observed a rest diet given by her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak.

“My mantra is you get lean in life and strong in the gym. So, the majority of the weight loss actually came from everything she did outside of the gym. Everything inside the gym is about toning and tightening,” Harley Pasternak said.

It was also reported that most of the meals she ate contained protein, fiber, and fat.
Why did Jessica Simpson gain so much weight in pregnancy?
While pregnant, Jessica Simpson gained so much weight. She shared that she was constantly hungry and had a big appetite. When told how much weight she had put in a short period, she said;
“Really, I could gain that much weight in one week?” she said.
