People with certain symptoms may also need thyroid and kidney function tests. Blood Tests can be used for diagnosing Amyloidosis. For example, Complete Blood Count, Serum Protein Electrophoresis, Serum Free Light Chain Assay, Kidney Function Tests, Heart Function Tests and Genetic Tests.
