The Springfield community reacted in shock Saturday to the death of Nate Miller, 34, a 2005 South High School graduate.

Nate Miller played college basketball at Bowling Green and remained active in his hometown, coaching middle school basketball and baseball.
Nate Miller previously played for Ironi Ramat Gan of the Israeli Liga Leumit.
Nate Miller graduated from Boaling Green University in 2009 and moved to Israel in 2011 to Maccabi Beer where he was coached by Roi Hagai, who signed him for 2015-2016.
Nate Miller played basketball professionally in Israel, Mexico, and from 2018-to 19 in South Korea and he also ran an organization known as MillerElite Basketball.

Nate Miller spent his last three seasons for the South Korean League with Seoul, Olsen & Incheon.
Sadly, Nate Miller died on June 4, 2022.
