Thee Stallion was raised by her mom until she was eight when her dad returned from prison.

Thee Stallion was born on February 15, 1995 in San Antonio, Texas, and her mother, Holly Thomas, immediately moved to Houston after her birth.

Holly Thomas rapped under the name “Holly-Wood” and would bring her daughter with her to recording sessions instead of putting her in daycare.

Thee Stallion was raised in the South Park neighborhood of Houston, before moving with her mother to Pearland, Texas at age 14, where she lived until she turned 18.

The Stallion began writing raps at age 14 and when she eventually showed her mom her rapping skills at age 18, her mum required that her beloved daughter waited until she was 21 to pursue rapping as a career.

According to Thee Stallion’s mum, her lyrics were too sexually suggestive for her young age.

Sadly, Thee Stallion’s mum didn’t live long enough to see her “baby gal” flourish as she died in March 2019, after being diagnosed with a brain tumor.
