The uproar began after Mercy Chinwo’s producer, Dr. Roy, denied accusations of owing him during a podcast, clarifying that he was referring to Eezee Tee instead.
Taking to her Instagram page, Hilda Dokubo shared a screenshot from October 10, 2018, showing a birthday tribute from Mercy Chinwo to her former boss.
Captioning the screenshot, the actress suggested that one’s true character may be revealed when offered power, fame, and fortune.

She wrote: “You might think that you know someone until you give them the opportunity to earn power, fame and fortune. ALL WHO BITE THE FINGER THAT FEEDS THEM MUST HAVE BLOOD IN THEIR MEAL.”
