Henry Kissinger married his ex-wife Anneliese “Ann” Fleischer on February 6, 1949. They divorced in 1964, after having two children, Elizabeth and David.

Aside from her marriage to Henry Kissinger, not much is known about Ann Fleischer. She hasn’t made any recent headlines, either. Fleischer faded from public view following her divorce from ex-husband Kissinger; it is unknown whether she is still alive.

During the presidential administrations of Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, Henry Alfred Kissinger served as Secretary of State and National Security Advisor. Kissinger was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1973 under controversial circumstances for his efforts in negotiating a cease-fire in Vietnam.

Henry Kissinger was named the most effective US Secretary of State in the 50 years leading up to 2015, according to a 2015 survey of top international relations scholars conducted by the College of William and Mary. Kissinger, who is 100 years old, is the oldest living former U.S. Cabinet member and the last surviving member of Nixon’s Cabinet.
