Heather Payne is an Irish footballer who currently plays for American collegiate team Florida State Seminoles as a forward / midfielder.

Payne was born on January 26, 2000, in Ballinasloe, Ireland. She has made 60 appearances and scored 6 goals for Florida State Seminoles since she joined the team in 2019.

She had joined the Seminoles on scholarship. She went on to appear in a number of National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) tournaments.
