Heartstopper is an ongoing webcomic series, created by Alice Oseman. It can be read on Tumblr, Webtoon, and Tapas.

It updates three times a month: On the 1st, 11th and 21st (although earlier, more frequent updates are set as a $5 reward on Alice’s Patreon).

Physical versions of chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are currently available. In preparation of Volume 4’s release, some pages of Heartstopper were redrawn.

A Netflix adaptation has been produced by See-Saw Films.

It began about 8 months prior to the events of Solitaire. It is set in the same universe, as well as Radio Silence, I Was Born for This, and Loveless.

The comic follows Charlie Spring from the moment he meets Nick Nelson, and how they eventually fall in love

Is Heartstopper On Webtoon The Same As The Book?
No! This comic is a prequel to Oseman’s first book, Solitaire. Nick and Charlie are secondary characters in Solitaire. Nothing in Heartstopper spoils anything in Solitaire.
