Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, told the court that he made several payments on behalf of the billionaire in 2016 before the Presidential elections so he can silence porn actress, Stormy Daniels. It was reported that a total of $420,000 was made to Daniels as a retainer payment.
However, the former POTUS has denied all allegations geared toward him but admitted that he reimbursed Cohen for money paid to Daniels.

Will Donald Trump Go To Jail?
Even though Donald Trump has been indicted, charges against him are yet to be brought on board, therefore, it is quite unclear if he will serve a prison term sooner or later.
After the indictment, Trump shared that it was pure political execution.
“This is Political Persecution and Election Interference at the highest level in history. From the time I came down the golden escalator at Trump Tower, and even before I was sworn in as your President of the United States, the Radical Left Democrats – the enemy of the hard-working men and women of this Country – have been engaged in a Witch-Hunt to destroy the Make America Great Again movement,” he said.
