Late Gweneth Margaret Howarth was the third wife of Richard Feynman whom he married in 1960.

Gweneth was a free-lance landscape artist, world traveler. She was married to Feynman until his death, but she later died of cancer in 1989.
Gweneth and Feynman had two children – Michelle and Carl.
Who Was Richard Feynman?
Richard Feynman was a theoretical physicist, known for his work in quantum physics, electrodynamics, particle physics, and for proposing the parton model.
Born on May 11, 1918, in New York, Feynman earned the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1965. He had developed the Feynman diagrams, which was graphical illustration of particle processes.

Feynman was one of the best-known scientists in the world when he was alive, and the seventh-greatest physicist of all time.
One of his achievements was contributing to the development of the atomic bomb during World War II, and introducing the concept of nanotechnology.
Feynman was a professor in theoretical physics at the California Institute of Technology, and wrote many books including the autobiographies Surely You’re Joking, Mr. Feynman! and What Do You Care What Other People Think?.
Feynman died of Kidney failure on February 15, 1988, following surgical complications.
He had earlier been diagnosed with liposarcoma, which destroyed one of his kidneys and his spleen.
