Guy Edward John Garvey, the renowned English musician emerged from humble beginnings in Bury, Greater Manchester, where he was raised in a close-knit, working-class, Catholic family.

Born to parents Shirley Harrington and Don Garvey, Guy is one of seven siblings, navigating the trials and triumphs of childhood alongside his brothers and sisters.
