Gregory Itzin Obituary

Gregory Itzin was an American actor of film and television actor.

In 2007, he made a guest appearance as Williams Adam, Dick Tracy and a police officer at Randy’s Halloween night in an episode of Robot Chicken.

In 2010, he appeared as the Earl of Kent in the Antaeus Company’s production of King Lear. He won the L.A Drama Critics Circle Awards for his performance.

Gregory who was nominated for a Tony Award for this performance in 1993’s The Kentucky circle, joined the cast of 24 during the series’ 4th season in 2005. Initially, a recurring the following season as President became of the show’s central figures.

Gregory was also nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his performance.

He died on July 8, 2022, at the age of 74.
