Currently, it is unknown whether Greg has a partner or if he is dating anyone at the moment. The comedian previously joked that he had given up on his romance during a visit to The Graham Norton Show.

During a chat, he revealed that his grandad had unwittingly walked on him with a girlfriend during a risque moment. He joked: “it’s not for me, romance… that was the day I gave up on romance”.
Also, there were speculations that Gregg was in a relationship with Alex Horne. Although Horne is often overruled by the show’s host, Greg Davis, in reality, the duo share a close friendship. And while Davis may be living a bachelor life, he’s really close with Horne’s family.
