Blind date voice-over legend, Graham Skidmore has died at the age of 90. The star who was the original voiceover on the Cilla Black-hosted show on ITV, died on December 17, with the news just surfacing.

Skidmore was never seen in person on the show but was affectionately dubbed “Our Graham” and was instantly recognisable for the voice.

Graham Skidmore was a British voice artist and game show announcer. He was best known for being the voiceover on the British dating game show, Blind date from 1985 to 2002.
It was the host Cilla Black who gave him the nickname “Our Graham”. He was replaced on the final original series in 2002-2003 by Tommy Sandhu, and by Melanie Sykes on the reviewed version on Channel 5 from 2017 to 2019, hosted by Paul O’Grady.
