Giovanni van Bronckhorst is a former Dutch footballer who now coaches the Scottish Premiership club Rangers.
Born on February 5, 1975, in Netherlands, Giovanni played as a midfielder and a left-back during his playing career.

His club career was a successful one as he played for RKC Waalwijk, Feyenoord, Rangers, Arsenal, Barcelona and the Netherlands National Football Team.

Giovanni won 107 caps for the Netherlands national team, and represented the Netherlands in three FIFA World Cups and three UEFA European Championships.
The 2010 World Cup final was his final appearance as a player, after which he was sworn into the Order of Orange-Nassau.
Giovanni went on to coach the Dutch under-21 team and later became Feyenoord manager in 2015.
While with the Feyenoord, he won the KNVB Cup and the club’s first Eredivisie title in 2017.
In 2021, he made a comeback to manage the Rangers FC, helped the team reach the Europa League final and ultimately led them to win the Scottish Cup.
