Gilbert Gottfried mourned his friends Bob Saget and Louie Anderson with a photo tribute in a very strange post just 3 months before his own death.

Gilbert Gottfried died at the age of 67 on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

But prior to Gilbert Gottfried’s death, he shared a photo on social media of him with fellow comedians Bob Saget and Louie Anderson, who both died earlier in January 2022.

In the post mourning his friends, Gilbert Gottfried stated that his friends Bob Saget and Louie Anderson will be sorely missed.

Gilbert Gottfried wrote;

“This photo is very sad now. RIP Bob Saget and RIP Louie Anderson. Both good friends that will be missed.”

However, as the news broke today of Gilbert Gottfried’s death, fans jumped to the comments section of the post to reflect and pay their respects to the comedy legends.

Gilbert Gottfried’s family confirmed today in a statement that he has died following a long illness.

TMZ later reported that a heart abnormality called Ventricular Tachycardia, due to Myotonic Dystrophy type II, was his cause of death.

Following the timing of the death of these three good friends, it’s not far-stretched to say they are going to meet in heaven, is it?
