Gilat Bennett: Who is the wife of Naftali Bennett?

Gilat Ethel Bennett is the wife of Israel’s Prime Minister, Naftali Bennett, and an Israeli pastry chef and parent counsellor. Gilat trained at the International Culinary Center in New York and worked at several restaurants.
Gilat and Naftali got married in 1999 when he was a law student at the Hebrew University. The couple has four children, aged nine, 12, 14 and 16.

Gilat Bennett founded Galati, an ice cream factory in Kfar Saba, which she sold after the birth of their eldest son.

Gilat was then certified as a parent counsellor and a sleep consultant by the Adler Institute, which is her current employment as of 2021.

Gilat Einav was born in Ramat HaSharon to Moshe and Bracha and raised as a secular Jew in Kfar Uria. She was a student at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, where she specialised in ballet. She worked as an education officer in the IDF’s Paratroopers Brigade.
