Giacomo Nicotera is a rugby union player who plays the hooker position for Benetton of the United Rugby Championship and the Italy national team.
Nicotera was born on July 15, 1996, in Trieste, Italy, and played youth rugby for Rugby Trieste, Venjulia Rugby Trieste, and Mogliano Rugby.

Nicotera first played for Italy in 2021 and the following year, he was selected as part of the Italy 33-man squad for the 2022 Six Nations Championship.
