Giacomo Faticanti is a professional footballer who plays for Serie A club Roma as a defensive midfielder.
Born on July 31, 2004, in Sora, Italy, Faticanti began playing football at age 6 with the Italian club Frosinone and later joined Roma’s youth club in 2018, at the age of 14.

In 2022, Faticanti was called up to the first team, making his professional debut, at the UEFA Europa League tournament. In the same year, he signed a contract extension with the club which will expire in 2026.

In 2023, Faticanti played with Roma’s under-19 team that won the Coppa Italia Primavera.
Faticanti has so far played for Atletico Sora, Frosinone, Roma, Italy U15, U16, U18, U19 & U20 teams.
On the international scene, Faticanti has represented Italy across all levels, from U15 to U20, winning national titles, and serving as the team’s captain at some point.
In 2022, he appeared at the UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Slovakia, and in 2023, he joined the Italian squad that participated in the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina.
