Giacomo Faticanti’s career began as a little kid with the Italian club Frosinone, before joining Roma’s youth club in 2018, at the age of 14.
The teen football star now plays for Serie A club Roma as a defensive midfielder and has represented Italy in a number of international matches.

In 2022, Faticanti made his professional debut with Roma at the UEFA Europa League tournament. In the same year, he signed a contract extension with the club which will expire in 2026.

In 2023, Faticanti played with Roma’s under-19 team that won the Coppa Italia Primavera.
Internationally, Faticanti has represented Italy across all levels, from U15 to U20, winning national titles, and serving as the team’s captain at some point.
In 2022, he appeared at the UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Slovakia, and in 2023, he joined the Italian squad that participated in the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina.
So far, Faticanti has played for Atletico Sora, Frosinone, Roma, & Italy, and ranks amongst “the 60 best talents born in 2004 in world football” by the Guardian.
