Ghana is gearing up to host the 3rd Africa Media Convention (AMC) in Accra, as revealed by the President of the Ghana Journalist Association (GJA), Mr. Albert Kwabena Dwomfour, during a recent press briefing at the Ministry of Information.

Highlighting the significance of the event, Mr. Dwomfour emphasized that the convention serves as a crucial platform for fostering collaboration, exchanging ideas, and shaping the future of media not only in Africa but potentially globally.
“Ghana has established itself as a prominent conference destination in Africa, evident through various international gatherings such as the World Press Freedom Day Celebration and numerous Ecowas and AU heads of state summits,” he noted.
