George Bush Bike Accident: What Happened To George On The Bike?

On May 22, 2004, former U.S President George Bush, fell from his mountain bike during a 17-mile ride on his ranch in Crawford, Texas.

He incured minor injuries  on his chin, top lip, nose, right hand and knees, despite the fact that he was wearing a helmet at the time.

Bush got back on his bike and finished his exercise. Bush recovered and eventually showed up at his daughter’s graduation with a bandage on his chin.

A second accident occurred on July 6, 205, during his 59th birthday, this time, with a two-wheeled spin around the grounds of the Gleneagles hotel in Scotland.

Bush had lost control when he raised his left arm from the handlebars to wave to police officers, and his bicycle had struck a police officer on foot.

The officer had bruises on his ankle.

The president’s doctor, Richard Rubber, had treated his bruised hands and arms, he was taken to a hospital and later discharged.

Although, Bush’s bike was badly damaged but he recovered and dined with Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh.
