Gemma Ruegg is an entrepreneur who doubles as a bantamweight, and super-flyweight boxer.

Ruegg was born in 1984, in Bournemouth, Dorset, and owns the fitness apparel clothing brand Combat Dollies.

Her brand was featured in the 28th edition of the TV show The Ultimate Fighter.

Ruegg’s journey into boxing began as a teenager, following her struggles with mental health problems, depression and alcoholism. She had been advised to take to boxing as a result.

Ruegg soon went on to win the regional welterweight title, and became “the first female boxing champion at two weight classes in the QBL.”

She turned pro in 2021, and got signed with SK4 Promotions.

So far, she has won two regional titles in two different weight categories at the Queensbury Boxing League.

Her current boxing record shows a total of five fights, two wins, and three losses.
