Priti Adani is an Indian businessperson, dentist, and philanthropist who is married to Gautam Shantilal Adani an Indian billionaire business tycoon. They have two sons together.

Priti Adani was born in 1965, in Mumbai to a Gujarati family. She completed her bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from Government Dental College, Ahmedabad.

Priti Adani started her career as a dentist. In the year 1996, she was appointed as chairperson of the Adani Foundation.

Following the Bhuj Earthquake in 2001, she established the Adani DAV School in Mundra. The school was later renamed Adani Public School.
She and her husband founded Adani Vidya Mandir in Bhadreshwar (near Mundra) and Ahmedabad in June 2009.
Adani Vidya Mandir provides underprivileged children with free higher secondary education. Under her leadership, Adani Group’s CSR budget increased from Rs 95 crore to Rs 128 crore in a year.
