Gastón Brugman is a pro footballer who plays for the Los Angeles Galaxy of the Major League Soccer (MLS) as a midfielder.
Born on September 7, 1992, in Rosario Uruguay, Brugman has played for a number of teams including Empoli, Pescara, Grosseto, Palermo, Parma, Oviedo and LA Galaxy, both on loan and on contract basis.

Brugman made his debut with Empoli, before he moved to Serie A club Pescara.
He was later loaned to Grosseto in Serie B in 2013, playing under coach Pasquale Marino as a regular starter.
In 2015, Brugman was again loaned to Serie A club Palermo, before Serie A side Parma signed him in 2019.
In 2021, he was loaned to Spanish club Oviedo and in 2022, Brugman he joined LA Galaxy, signing a three-and-a-half-year deal with them.
