Basaraba’s journey in the entertainment industry began in 1985 when he made his acting debut in the film “One Magic Christmas.”

One notable aspect of Basaraba’s career is his frequent appearances within the Law & Order franchise, which allowed him to delve into the intricate world of crime, justice, and investigation.

In 2010, he took on the role of Jimmy Burke in “After Hours,” an episode of the popular police procedural drama “Blue Bloods.”
Basaraba also stepped into the world of advertising with his role as Herb Rennet in the critically acclaimed television series “Mad Men.”
