Freddie Flintoff is married to Rachael Wools. The two got married in Knightsbridge, London. Together they have four children.

However, Rachael has been seen with her husband at several functions together. Flintoff has the names of his wife and children tattooed on his left shoulder.

On September 10, 2019, Flintoff crashed while riding a head-first trike at 124 mph during one of the car show’s signature competitions. He was not injured and resumed filming afterwards.

Flintoff was involved in a second accident when filming on the 13th of December 2022, at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome. He was airlifted to the hospital after the second accident.
